Then why not you input your username and password right inside your Router settings by logging in at http://192.168.1.1

There must be something somewhere like Access Management or Advance setup.

MY Airtel too is having Dynamic IP one but the username and password is set into the settings itself.

Mine is set under Interface >> Interface setup.
